Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Quintessential Paris is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at the email address shown on the contact page for any question about this policy.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, your house or company, your work email, the dates and brief you write, and the role you select.
With every form we also record the IP address and browser description the request came from, so we can spot and block automated abuse.
If you hold a partner account: your name, email address, the public part of any passkey you register (never the private key, which stays on your device), and single-use sign-in links we send you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare the journey you ask for (steps taken at your request before a contract), to run your partner account (performance of a contract), and to keep the site safe from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
Who else sees it
The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which receives information about your visit to judge whether it is automated. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that check.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiries with anyone outside the team preparing your journey.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: one that protects forms against cross-site forgery, and, when you sign in, a session cookie that ends when you close the browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and run the partnership that follows, then deleted. Sign-in links expire after fifteen minutes and can be used once.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to the contact address and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
